1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with us!
We aim to deliver high-quality, fresh, and hygienically packed health food products. Since our products are consumable, our return and refund guidelines follow strict food safety standards.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns once a package is opened or used.

However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The package was tampered or expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and unopened

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Original packaging must be intact


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used food packs

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased under clearance or special sales

  • Products without original packaging


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Order lost in transit

Refund Type

Refund will be processed as:

  • Full refund to original payment method, or

  • Store credit (as per customer preference)

Refund Timeline

Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • You will be notified through email/SMS


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange a new product shipment at no extra cost after verifying the issue.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If payment was made, refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).

8. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free.

  • For any other reason, shipping charges may apply.


9. Note for Food Safety

As a brand dealing with edible products, we priorities customer health. Hence, opened packages cannot be accepted under any circumstances for return or refund.
