We work hard to ensure your healthy food products reach you fresh, safely packed, and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns across India

  • Remote or rural locations may take additional time for delivery

(If you ship internationally, I can add that section.)

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note:
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service, festivals, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on minimum cart value (optional — tell me if you want to include).

  • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your order status through the courier partner’s website.

6. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are packed with air-tight, food-grade packaging to maintain freshness.

  • We ensure safe and hygienic packing for all orders.

  • If your package arrives tampered or damaged, contact us within 48 hours.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your address, PIN code, and phone number are correct while placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

9. International Shipping (Optional)

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Our services are limited to deliveries within India only.

However, we are actively working on expanding our logistics network, and international shipping will be available soon.
We will update this policy once the service is launched.
